There are four kinds of doors: 35mm, 38mm, 40mm and 45mm; The width of 35mm door is 600-920mm, the width of 38mm door is 600-920mm, the width of 40mm door is 500-1040mm, the width of 45mm door is 520-910mm. We can provide the base material and the finished product door, the door surface can be painted and wrapped with PVC film. At present the paint is mainly white and beige. In addition, the company has conventional PVC film color for customers to choose. If the customer needs to customize the paint color,the MOQ is 300 fans. If the customer needs to customize PVC film color, the MOQ is 100 fans of the same specification.

We have SGS certificate and test report, which meet the European and American export standards, no heavy metal pollution, self-extinguishing, our company has more than 80 product patents.

The company has some conventional hardware accessories. If customers buy from other factories, they can also send them to our factory for loading.

Samples of painting doors are available in about a week. PVC wrapping doors can be supplied as samples from factory stock.

Generally,it is packed in cartons, and customized pallets are available if the customer needs them. A 40HQ is about 22-24 pallets, and a 20GP is about 11-12 pallets, and an additional tray charge is required.

We generally operate T/T payment, arrange production after 30% deposit arrives, and deliver the balance after paying off.

The cost of our small line mold is about usd2000-2500/set.The delivery amount of a single set of molds reaches usd100,000 for the return of molds. The mould cost of door cover seven lines is between usd2500-4000/set. The delivery quantity of one set of mould reaches USD 100,000 and the mould cost is returned.
